Ordered branded magnifiers, hand sanitizers, and pens. There are no issues with these items, and we had a relatively easy time receiving the virtual proofs and working with their team to edit those items. However, beware of ordering any samples from them. For samples, they are "free," and you cover the cost of shipping (an undisclosed amount). You enter your account number, and the respective shipper will invoice you. This may be an issue more with the shipper than AnyPromo, but the shipping cost is ridiculous. We ordered 1 stress ball and 1 eye mask (a value of less than $5 total), and we were charged over $56 for these 2 items alone on shipping. Our first experience was great, but this has been sullied by the lack of transparency in shipping costs. There should be no reason that shipping costs is 10 times greater than the value of the items, especially when they do not reveal the cost upfront and the items weigh less than a pound. Very disappointed. DO NOT REQUEST SAMPLES.

My first time ordering, and I ordered 500 pens. First, I received the wrong pens with a different company's logo, and then was asked to go out of my way to take them to a UPS store. Minus one star. Thankfully, after asking, they scheduled a UPS pick-up. When I finally received the pens I ordered, I was missing one. To make up for that I was only offered 10% off my next order. Minus two stars. I don't think I will waste my time when there are thousands of promotional vendors out there.

What a great experience with AnyPromo! We wanted to order a pen that we had no information on for an upcoming tradeshow. Our AP account rep was John P., who was really on the ball with our request. He worked with us to find the exact pen we wanted, followed up and guided us through the process of placing our order. We submitted our logo and their artist Anthony provided us with a proof to help us SEE our final product before placing our order. John made sure we received our order in time for our tradeshow, and the pens looked GREAT! What a quality piece that makes US look good. This is not the first (or last) time we work with AnyPromo. We like that they keep us informed throughout the process of our order, and their follow-up is fantastic. What excellent service. Thanks AnyPromo! We placed another order for our golf outing Dec 2018. Once again we received STELLAR service from John and Anthony, and couldn't be more happier with the quality and price. We'll be back!

One star is too much. I ordered 300 water bottles and requested a full color print on both the bottle and towel. I was contacted saying that it wasn't possible with that bottle, but their website said to just put it in the notes... No problem they were able to accomodate after the fact. Delays on proofs and failure to follow instructions meant approval couldn't be given until a week later. At that time they told me they only had half the color I ordered because it was sold from under me after paying. Took another 3 days to agree to doing the other half in lime green (we wanted grey), then with out notifying they changed the entire order to the lime green. Now closing in to the event their estimates puts delivery possibly 2 days after the event. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER BUYING AGAIN. Steven's (customer service rep) lack of understanding or care to correct the situation made the experience worse.

Business Development Specialist, Juanita Zamora, went out of her way to provide us with great customer service, expedited shipping to be sure we received our product on time, and she made the entire order process smooth and pleasant. I recommend this company.

The 'VIP' membership really made a difference, it was wonderful to have a concierge, Leo, who checked in every step of the way, could expedite when needed, could change our quantities as they increased, and gave me regular updates. Our custom printed bags turned out great!

The ordering process was great! We had a short deadline for ordering the sport bag with our two color logo. We not only received the bags on time, but the staff went out of their way to get our imprint exactly how we wanted it!
